I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in the Palouse area, currently offering therapy both in person and online to clients in Washington and Idaho states. I work with clients age 18 and up presenting with a variety of concerns, including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety issues, disordered eating and body image concerns, PTSD and trauma work, interpersonal relationship issues, college and career counseling, parenting and postpartum, and stress management.

My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is collaborative in nature and tailored to individual clients' needs and goals. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, with a focus on trauma-informed work, while also including aspects from interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma reprocessing, and mindfulness.

Fees
I work with a number of insurance providers. I also offer private pay options. Private pay is $200/session for individual sessions and $250/session for couples sessions.
